47-year-old Rutledge Douglas Taylor was born on July 23, 1970, in Mississippi. He received his BA in Biology and Chemistry at Delta State University, a degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine; eventually completed his residency in traditional General Medicine and Family Practice at The University of Alabama.
