36-year-old actor Brian Autenrieth is the hubby of two years of actress Alisan Porter, better known as child star who played adorable “Carly Sue” in the 1991 movie by the same name; we know, you got it now.
His wife who –it might be hard to believe for fans –is now in her 30’s has been relatively living a quiet life, after her discovery as a 5-year-old vocalist on Star Search and roles in 1989 Parenthood and 1990 I love you to Death she kept working in less noticeable projects. Since her iconic role, Alisan moved to New York to concentrate on her theatre career. But now she and hubby live in Los Angeles.
The couple were long time friends and tied the knot on March 10, 2012 in a ceremony at the Diablo Dormido, a Californian ranch in the Santa Monica mountains.
Brian and Alisan are parents to two adorable children, Mason and Aria. Brian is also a father to little girl Cassidy, his daughter from a previous relationship. Brian is better known for his role as Zachary Parker in the long running soap Days of Our Lives. The couple first started dating when she was just 18 and split after a short relationship. However, they later reunited and have been together ever since.
Alisan gave birth to her and Brian’s 1st child at age 31, a son Mason Blaise Autenrith on July 17, 2012.
Brian’s and his actress wife, now better known as a singer-songwriter and more recently blogger, welcomed their second child earlier this year. She gave birth to her 2nd child at age 32, a daughter Aria Sage Autenrith on May 8, 2014.
Porter who is the creator of “The Lilmamas” blog, is making headlines once again but not for having a child; this time Brian’s gal revealed something that has many in shock! The mom of two got right to it when she wrote on her blog “Hi, I’m Ali, and I’m an alcoholic.”
Not to worry though, she also wrote she has been sober since 2007. Alisan’s blog which is pretty much a self guide for mom’s says on their motto “we swear, we kvetch, we cry, we laugh, we write about it. We keep it real, really real. We don’t sugar coat this Mama thing and we are NOT your Mama’s Mama blog. Welcome to the insanity”
That’s why she shared with her Lil’ Mamas community that she
was living in NYC when I realized I needed to get sober. I was miserable and overwhelmed with life. I was heartbroken and realizing that what had always worked for me in the past was NOT working at all. Not even a little bit. I felt trapped, scared, and sad and I was ready to really go for broke or get better,”
According to his IMDb profile Brian Robert Autenrieth was born March 18th, 1978. Other roles include The A-Team (1983) and Santa Barbara(1984).
