Meet 23-year-old Heda Umarova, the girl who posted “alarming” pictures and extremist jihadi-style content, ABC News reports.
Heda is being sought for US officials because of the content of her posts — including pictures of Chechens holding weapons and a doctored picture of a US passport in a bag covered in the jihad black flag. But that is not all, what has also alerted authorities is her close ties with bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev!
Heda who lived at her family’s suburban Massachusetts home, traveled last year to Chechnya where her family is from. She reportedly got married and failed to return to the US. She and her family, including brothers Adam, 20, and Junes, 18 flew to Chechnya at the end of August, and that’s where she has since remained. Her younger brother Junes, was allegedly Dzhokhar’s best friend.
It turns out both her brothers, were already on the feds radar for their links to Tsarnaev and his late older brother Tamerlan.
Umarova posted this picture to her Instagram
Heda who was a resident of Chelsea, Massachusetts is also found under “Hawa Umarova” according to records online she attended Chelsea High School and Massachusetts College of Art.
Online sources report “No one is calling Heda a terrorist but her travel has certainly garnered some attention,” a federal source told the ABC.
The big question is, who would want to return to a country you once escaped from? That’s what the feds are puzzled about this young woman.
Umarova who is U.S. passport holder is a firm believer on her friend, Tsarnaev’s innocence. The pretty Chelsea, Massachusetts student first came to the attention of authorities when she began to spout the false-flag attack conspiracy theories of radio host Alex Jones in the aftermath of her friend Dzhokhar’s dramatic capture in April. She appeared on the radio-show in June.
She was the author of the #freejahar network which raised money for the Tsarnaev family. At the time she said
When I first started I thought nobody would support this. I though I would take all the heat. I expected nobody to support what I was doing.”
Heda is believed to have been radicalized by Islamist violence, she is linked to the Kavkaz Center a group comanded by a jihadi leader.
