We can’t wait to see this Monday’s night with the premiere of its 16th season DWTS. Renowned people such as Andy Dick (Lena Sved`s ex boyfriend) will be stepping on the dance floor.
The bet were to some extent lower than normal for the 12 dancing pairs as they didn’t have to be concerned about exclusions this week. D.L. Hughley, although, might want to take the chance to hone his steps.
The comedian and actor got the lowest score of the night, pulling only 12 out of 30 with his Cheryl Burke-accompanied cha-cha.
Disney star Zendaya, from Shake It Up!, was a celebrity on the dance floor Monday night, as she and Val Chmerkovskiy got a score of 24 with their active contemporary practice. Gold-medal Olympian Aly Raisman and “Idol” alum Kellie Pickler weren’t far-off, as each competitor earned a score of 21.
Pickler said:
We killed it tonight. I mean everyone.
Everyone had their special thing that they brought to the dance floor and I loved that. I had so much fun.
One more gold-medalist, Dorothy Hamill, came out tough in the opening, picking up a score of 21 for her modern routine with Tristan MacManus.
The reality stars, on the other hand, weren’t as exciting. “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Lisa Vanderpump only managed an 18 with her fox trot, and previous “Bachelor” Sean Lowe received a 19 for his.
The middling score isn’t discouraging the soon-to-be-wed Lowe, as he told this:
After this hopefully I will be a great dancer, and I know is already a great dancer, so we can put on a show at our wedding.
Wynonna Judd and Victor Ortiz also had an opportunity for stepping up, as they each were given a score of 18 for a cha-cha and a foxtrot, correspondingly.
Andy Dick, for the time being, is still hoping to make the most of his “DWTS” experience. His foxtrot picked up a score of 17 from the judges, and he said on backstage that he’s looking at this as a new form of rehab.
He said:
What Sharna is putting me through is harder, tougher, cooler than, more exciting and more rehabilitating than rehab.
Do you think he would have danced better with his ex, Lena Sved?
Got to see that!
Lena is an artist, who cohabited with Dick since mid-1990s, they have one son and one daughter together. Their boy is Jacob (born in 1994) and their girl is Meg (born in 1997.)
Lena became involved with Dick in 1993; they never married; they separated in 1996 though they continued to live together in the duplex with Dick’s ex-wife and his eldest son until sometime in 1997.
